What we collect

• Account: phone number or Google email (for sign-in), name, photo, bio, gender, country — whatever you choose to provide.
• Age: date of birth, used only to verify you are 18+. It is never shown publicly.
• Device: device ID, model, app version, and push token — used for security, enforcing bans, and sending notifications.
• Transactions: your diamond purchases, gifts sent and received, and withdrawal history. Kept on record as required by law.
• Content: your posts, stories, messages, and chat. Live streams are not recorded; automated frame-scanning runs for safety purposes.

Camera and microphone

We only request access when you go live yourself or join a guest seat. We never access your camera or microphone just to watch someone else's stream.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not read your contacts, files, or location.
• We never take payments inside the app. Card payments on our website are processed by a licensed payment gateway; we never see your full card number and store nothing beyond the last 4 digits and country.

Who we share data with

Our payment gateway (to process payments), our push notification provider (Firebase), our media server (to deliver streams), and authorities where required by law. No one else.

Your rights

• Edit your information from your profile at any time.
• Delete your account from the app's settings or from this page — it is permanently erased after 30 days.
• Request a copy of your data by writing to privacy@pakhilivebd.com.

Children

Pakhi Live is not intended for anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to a minor are suspended immediately.
