Buy Diamonds

Diamonds on Pakhi Live can be purchased only from official resellers. There is no card or online payment on the website or in the app — anyone asking for an online payment is running a scam.

1. Pick a reseller from the list below. Match their name and ID against the reseller list in the app under Wallet → Resellers.
2. Tell the reseller your Pakhi ID (shown on your profile) and how many diamonds you want.
3. Send the reseller money via bKash/Nagad/Rocket. The reseller will send diamonds to your ID from the app — they will appear in your wallet instantly.
4. If a reseller does not deliver, report it in the app's Support section; every reseller transaction is on record.

Diamonds are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. Double-check the ID before you pay — diamonds sent to the wrong ID cannot be recovered.
