Diamonds are a virtual item, not property. They are purchased outside the app — through an authorized reseller or at pakhilivebd.com. Purchased diamonds are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. Diamonds sent to the wrong ID cannot be recovered.
Hosts earn "earnings" from gifts, which can be withdrawn as cash at published rates. Diamonds are held immediately once a withdrawal is requested; payouts are typically completed within 24 hours. Earnings that came from card-purchased diamonds only become withdrawable once the chargeback window has passed. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals and suspend accounts we suspect of fraud.
Coin games offered in the app are skill-based, free-to-play, with fixed entry fees and published prizes. There is no betting or real-money gambling. Diamonds won in games can be spent in the app but cannot be withdrawn as cash. Free spins never involve real money.
You are responsible for anything you post, stream, or send. Violating our Community Guidelines can result in content removal, a diamond lock, and account suspension — with no refund.
Agencies and resellers are independent third parties. Any cash transaction between you and them is between the two of you; we only record diamond balances inside the app.
You can delete your account at any time. Your data is permanently erased after 30 days; financial records are retained as required by law.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages caused by network outages, third-party services, or your device.
If these Terms change, we will ask you to accept them again in the app.
